We ship to the United States only.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.

Where your order ships from

Our products are made by specialist suppliers overseas, and your order ships directly from their warehouse to your door. That is how we keep prices fair, and it is why delivery takes a little longer than a big-box store.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is on its way to the US.

Several items in one order

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Duties and taxes

Our prices include shipping. If a carrier ever asks you to pay an import fee on delivery, email us and we'll refund it.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@melodicaskateboards.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
