Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, email hello@melodicaskateboards.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem. Once we've reviewed it, we'll ship you a free replacement.

Change-of-mind returns

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the size, width and specifications on the product page before you order. If you have a question about fit or specs, email us before buying and we'll help.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

What isn't covered

• Change of mind, or items ordered in the wrong size or specification
• Items damaged through use after delivery
• Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
